Daily Stretching & Strength
The core of our programming. An ongoing series of 15-25 minute video routines, laid out in a monthly format. One stretching routine per day, 2 strength routines per week. Just click play and follow along!
Injury Prevention
Recover from an injury or use as prevention with our programs tailored specifically for cyclists, runners, and swimmers. Includes advice and catered routines for: Knee & Hip Pain, IT Band, Shin Splints, and Foot Pain.
Warm Ups & Drills

Meet The Team
Dynamic Athletics began in 2017 with the creation of Dynamic Cyclist. Our team has grown over the past 4 years as we have worked with our members to provide ongoing injury prevention and training specific for a variety of sports. Our goal is to provide quality content from industry professionals in a form that is easy to use and achieve results.
Our Team is based in Kelowna, BC, Canada and is made up of a small group of athletic therapists, coaches, and weekend warriors who want to ride pain free!
